Free stays free because routing is smart

Most questions do not need the most expensive model. Sending simple work to smaller open-weight models moves spend away from premium tiers without lowering the answers people get.

Your conversations are never for sale

Free does not mean you are the product. These rules hold for every plan, including the free one.

Private conversations are never sold

Your chats are not a product. We do not sell them, rent them or turn them into datasets for others.

Purpose before collection

Every use of data has a stated purpose and a legal basis before it starts, and access is limited to that purpose.

Specific, revocable permission

Anything beyond running the service is opt-in, asked for one purpose at a time, and can be withdrawn.

Pseudonymised is still personal

Removing names does not take data outside privacy law. We treat pseudonymised data under the LGPD and GDPR like any personal data.

No datasets from learners

Education data, and above all children’s data, is used only to run the service for the school. It never becomes a dataset.

Aggregates for insight, controls for audit

Analytics use aggregated usage and cost. Governance keeps privacy controls and an audit trail beside them.
